Enchanted by the art of royal icing cookies? Eager to learn new skills? Liz, the pastry chef behind Elizabeth's Custom Bakes, and Broken Creek unite to conjure a feast of sugary specters and phantoms for your Halloween delight.
Everything you'll need to decorate the cookies pictured will be provided in class, including freshly baked cookies and a complimentary beverage from the bar.
In this 2 hour class, we'll cover the basics of sugar cookies, you'll get my very own royal icing recipe, links to my favorite decorating tools and I’ll demonstrate how to decorate step by step along side you.
You'll leave class with a great understanding of the basics of royal icing, plus a few cool techniques we'll cover in class! The best part, you get to take home your cookie set to show your family how well you did!
